Discover some facts about G-Dragon, leader of the legendary boy group BIGBANG and one of the most influential idols of all time
Born August 18, 1988, Kwon Ji YongO G-Dragon, is one of the most influential idols in the history of K-pop. Leader of BIGBANG, he made his debut with the group in 2006, and his solo debut in 2009, with the album “Heartbreaker”.

1. Trainee period
When I was about eight years old, G-Dragon He became a trainee at SM Entertainment, where he remained for five years. 4. University professor

In June 2024, G-Dragon was appointed as a visiting professor at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), on leave for two years. The position was announced during the talk show “Innovate Korea 2024”, held on June 5 at KAIST headquarters in Daejeon, where he spoke a little more about k-pop and future technologies related to artificial intelligence (AI).
5. Favorite artists
