Kirill Tymoshenko said his laptop and phone were confiscated, but he had “nothing to do” with the case.
The former deputy head of the Presidential Office, Kirill Timoshenko, who now works as an adviser to Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, was sought. Tymoshenko herself confirmed this on her Telegram channel.
The detectives, according to Tymoshenko, took her laptop and phone. He did not confirm that the search took place as part of the case of “leaking information” from NABU about investigations into cases related to “Big Construction”.
“I confirm that a search was conducted on me in a case where I had nothing to do, I fulfilled all the requirements of law enforcement officers, there were no complaints against me personally,” Tymoshenko wrote.
Tymoshenko told reporters at the search site that she handed over the phone and laptop at the request of investigators.
Let’s recall that on January 24, 2023, Kirill Tymoshenko resigned from the position of deputy head of the Office of the President. And in July of the same year, the NACP revealed Tymoshenko’s abuse. In particular, he used his power for personal gain.
