The UP reports this with reference to the relevant document.
We are talking about bill No. 11305, which was submitted to the Council by the European Solidarity faction.
A document dated June 24, signed by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and published in the electronic document management system (SEDO), notes that bill No. 11305 is supported by the Ministry of Education.
The draft law provides for changing the period for updating data for those liable for military service from 60 to 150 days.
Let us remind you that the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on mobilization on April 11. On May 18, the document came into force. According to it, those liable for military service must update the data in the TCC within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the law, that is, until July 18.
After which, penalties may be applied to those liable for military service who have not updated the data.
