He noted that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court confirmed the decision of the first instance to recover the assets of the former president of Motor Sich JSC Vyacheslav Boguslaev, including Motor Bank.
According to him, 14 real estate objects in the Zaporozhye region were recovered from Boguslaev (in particular, residential buildings, plots of land, a garage, Kosa Obitochnaya fishery, administrative buildings); property rights in trademarks; corporate rights (51% Zolotaya Astra LLC, 90.1% ODO SK Motor-Garant, 100% Vinnitsa Aviation Plant LLC, 100% SME Helicopters LLC, 100% Motor-Bank JSC, 16.7% PE Azov Trade-XXI); 336 guns; cash with a total of $12.59 million, 236 thousand euros, 3.2 million rubles, 105.5 million UAH (in total equal to about 615 million UAH).

Let us remind you that Ukrainian banks received record profits. In five months of this year, they earned 67.968 billion hryvnias. This is 26.8% higher than the same period in 2023.
It was also reported that deposits of Ukrainians in banks increased by UAH 22 billion during the month. The total amount of deposits of individuals (including individual entrepreneurs) in Ukrainian banks on June 1 reached UAH 1.26 billion, which is UAH 21.9 billion more than a month earlier.
