The Dnieper police do not confirm Tishchenko’s version and report that unknown people in camouflage beat a 33-year-old man and illegally detained him. Two criminal proceedings have been opened – intentional minor bodily injury and unlawful imprisonment. They are looking for the attackers.
The deputy told the Dnipro media that he came to conduct raids on illegal bot farms and call centers that can deceive people. Journalists from Dnepr Operative attended Tishchenko’s raids on offices on Cologne Boulevard, where the “suspects” were detained.
