The panel of judges of the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal today, June 19, completed its consideration of administrative case No. 857/6/24 on the ban on the political party “Our Land”.

This was reported by the press service of the court.
The court satisfied the call signs of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:
- the activities of the political party “Our Land” are prohibited;
- property, funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary organizations and other structural entities are transferred to the ownership of the state.
The full text of the decision in the case of banning a political party will be published on the official websites of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the press service said in a statement.
