The possible reference to BTS in Jimin’s new solo album

See what is the important reference in the symbolism present in the Bangtan Universe that may have been included in Jimin’s new solo album: “MUSE”!

Jimin, by BTS, will release a new solo album on July 19. Entitled “MUSE”, the album caught the attention of part of the fandom for containing, in the logo, a possible reference to an important element in the symbolism present in the Bangtan Universe: the Smeraldo flower. Look:

The Smeraldo flower is fictional and its name means “Non potevo dire la verità”, which means “The Truth Untold” (name of one of the tracks on the album ‘Love Yourself: Tear’, by BTS) or “The truth that was not said”, connecting with the story of the legend that takes place in Cittá Di Smeraldo, located in northern Italy.

In the legend, set during medieval times, the story is told of a man who lived in a castle isolated from society due to his grotesque appearance, but who, one day, has his solitude invaded by the mysterious visit of a woman in his garden. Even though he was used to scaring people away, instead of expelling her, the man allows the woman to finish what she went there to do: steal some of her flowers, watching her from afar.

As a result, the woman — who has never seen the man — returns there several times to do the same, arousing the man’s curiosity to understand why she always brings new flowers. So, he leaves his castle with his face covered by a mask and follows the woman to the village, discovering that she led a miserable life, and stole roses to sell and get some money to support herself.

Shrouded in empathy, the man decides to create a flower never seen before, which could help the woman earn more money. However, upon finishing the creation of Smeraldo, the man stops receiving visits from the woman in his garden. Worried, he goes after her in the village, but discovers that she ended up passing away due to her misery.

It turns out that, during that time, the man developed affection for the woman, and if he had had the courage to love himself and pursue his desires, he would never have remained hidden for so long, and thus he would have had the opportunity to at least tell her how felt before it was too late.

The legend is covered in the eras ‘Love Yourself’, ‘Hwa Yong Yeon Hwa’ (formed by the albums “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Part 1, 2, and Young Forever”), and ‘Wings’, as the lyrics reveal the need to remove the masks used figuratively and the importance of self-acceptance, in addition to, of course, bringing the Smeraldo flower into the narrative construction of the MVs.

It is worth remembering that the flower was presented by Jinin a post on Remember!
