According to law enforcement officials, the object was discovered on the territory of a national reserve.
“We see a lot of strange things when people go hiking… but check this out! Over the weekend, the Las Vegas Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit discovered this mystical monolith near Gass Peak,” the post said .
