The verdict says that I must spend three years in prison, the remaining seven years in a general regime colony. In addition, I was also banned from administering sites for three years,” he noted. – I accept congratulations! After all, the first people’s deputy convicted in Russia!
Goncharenko noted that he was found guilty in Russia of:
- dissemination of military “fakes” based on political hatred (clause “e” of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code);
- justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code);
- incitement to hatred with threat of violence (clause “a” of Part 2 of the Criminal Code 2).
In short, I didn’t like the fact that I was calling for Putin to be killed,” he concluded.
