A report was sent to the National Police regarding the two defendants under the article “illegal transportation of people across the state border of Ukraine” (Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
“For other violators, border guards draw up protocols under Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, Illegal crossing or illegal attempt to cross the state border of Ukraine,” added the State Border Guard Service.
