Ukraine will sign bilateral security agreements with Japan and the United States. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Ukraine, Sergei Nikiforov, on the air of the national telethon.
According to him, Ukraine will sign the agreements at one of the next meetings. However, he did not specify whether there would be a NATO summit or a G7 meeting.
“At these meetings we expect the signing of bilateral security agreements with our powerful allies such as the United States and Japan,” said Nikiforov.
He added that he did not have the right to reveal specific details, but noted that it would happen soon.
Let’s recall that on May 31, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson signed an agreement on security cooperation in Stockholm.
