We are talking about Hunter Biden who is charged in a federal case for illegal possession of weapons.

A jury has found the son of current US President Gunter Biden guilty on all three counts in a federal gun possession trial. They made their decision in this case on the second day of discussion. This was reported by the AP news agency on Tuesday, June 11.

The trial began last week in the US president’s home state of Delaware. Biden Jr. used the right not to testify in court.

After the jury’s verdict, a judge in Delaware must impose a sentence. On all three counts, Gunther Biden faces a maximum of 25 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.

Gunther Biden was indicted in this case in September 2023. Two counts included making false statements about a firearm and a third count of possession of a firearm by a drug user.

In October 2018, when Hunter Biden “knowingly made a false and fictitious written statement” while purchasing a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver, he told a Delaware gun dealer that he did not use drugs.

Biden said how he would react if his son was convicted
