The next court hearing in the case of the former President of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslaev will take place in early July.
The Kiev Court of Appeal left the former president of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslaev in custody without the right to bail until July 19. This was reported by Suspilne on Tuesday, June 11.
Lawyer Ruslan Volynets said that the prosecutor, despite the completion of the investigation, was asked to abandon the measure of prevention of force due to the risks: influence on witnesses, flight abroad, destruction or distortion of evidence, continuation of the crime. Of these, the court upheld the first two.
The next court hearing in Boguslaev’s case will take place in early July.
We remind you that in October 2023, Boguslaev was detained on suspicion of treason. Later, evidence of his collaboration with Russia was made public, and an arrest ensued.
The former head of the Motor Sich cooperated with the DPR. In addition, according to media reports, the company promoting Boguslaev did business with sanctioned Iranian enterprises. The SBU took Boguslaev’s case to court and seized his assets worth more than 12 billion hryvnias.
