This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, press drunk Maria Zakharova.
Karapetyan visited Bucha on June 2 together with the head of the Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan, Tigran Ter-Margaryan. As the Armenian embassy reported, officials honored the memory of the residents of Bucha who died during the Russian occupation in 2022 and handed over humanitarian aid in the form of medicines to Ukrainian doctors.
According to Zakharova, Moscow sent a note of protest to the Armenian Foreign Ministry because “in connection with the transfer of assistance to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and unacceptable statements addressed to Russia.”
We didn’t expect anything else from a figure like Tigran Ter-Margaryan, an ally of the chairman of the pro-Western Republic party Aram Sargsyan. It’s a shame that the Armenian authorities are in solidarity with this,” said representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
