The Ukrainian side was represented by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President Igor Zhovkva, and the Secretary General of the European External Action Service for Peace, Security and Defense Charles Frize was present on the EU side.
The OPU added that these negotiations are the next step towards the implementation of the G7 joint declaration on support for Ukraine and preparation for the conclusion of a security agreement between Ukraine and the European political-economic bloc.
