The US President will meet with world leaders, including Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
US President Joe Biden arrived on his first state visit to France. This was announced by French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal on the social network X on Wednesday, June 5.
“President Biden, welcome to France,” he wrote and published a photo with Biden at Paris Orly airport.
As you know, the US President came to France on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy. During the visit, he will meet with world leaders, in particular, French President Emanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and others.
Biden’s visit will also make it possible to coordinate the actions of France and the United States in global crises on the eve of important international events, such as the G7 summit in June and the NATO summit in Washington in July.
It was previously known that Joe Biden will meet with Vladimir Zelensky twice in a short period of time. They will meet in France on June 6, and also next week in Italy at the G7 summit on June 13-15.
