Michael Stürzenberger is a former spokesman of the CSU and is under surveillance by the Bavarian Office for the Protection of the Constitution because of his association of Islam with fascism. The 59-year-old man was convicted twice: first for insulting the police, and then for inciting hatred and destroying religious teachings.
The CSU is a bloc of centre-right political parties in Germany, containing the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU) and the Christian Social Union in Bavaria (CSU).
We remind you that in Norway, the court found guilty and sentenced to 19 months in prison a 49-year-old woman who chased and crashed into a car with a participant in the anti-Islamic movement Lars Thoren, who had previously burned the Koran .
