Polish and allied aircraft are in Polish airspace. Local residents have been warned about increased noise levels.

On the night of Saturday, June 1, Poland scrambled aircraft due to missile and drone attacks in Ukraine. The Operational Command of Poland reported this on the X social network.

It was noted that Polish and allied aircraft were in Polish airspace. Therefore, local residents warned of an increase in noise levels, especially in the southeastern part of the country.

“All necessary procedures have been activated to ensure the safety of Polish airspace, and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Poland continues to monitor the situation,” the statement said.

We remind you that tonight Russia launched missiles from strategic bombers towards Ukraine. Now the air defense is working with them in different regions of Ukraine.

A series of explosions was also reported in Zaporozhye.
