In the Donetsk region, 70-year-old Vladimir decided to get out of the front-line village of Torskoye near Liman. The man could not leave his pets to their fate, so he ran away from the war along with three cows and dogs. The all-Ukrainian humanistic movement UAnimals announced this on Instagram on May 20.
He walked with them on foot from Torskoye in the Donetsk region to the Poltava region. Animal rights activists helped evacuate him and the animals.
According to UAnimals, the owner is now located near Izyum in the Kharkov region. The animals are already being transported to the Poltava region, and Vladimir is also heading there.
Let us remind you that a resident of Volchansk, Kharkov region, during the evacuation due to increased Russian shelling, recited an excerpt from the poem “Testament” by Taras Shevchenko. The corresponding video was published by the police.
