The Ukrainian Defense Forces can use Danish weapons outside their territory. Targeting on Russian territory is legal as it complies with international law. This was stated by Danish Prime Minister Matte Frederiksen, TV 2 Nyheder reports.

She also noted that Ukraine’s partners should make more efforts to strengthen the Ukrainian air defense system.

I welcome Germany’s decision to provide the Patriot system. More countries should do the same… Europe should supply more systems and missiles to Ukraine,” Frederiksen emphasized.

Let us remind you that on May 16, Denmark announced the 18th aid package for Ukraine worth 750 million euros. This package provides additional contributions for the upcoming transfer of F-16 fighter jets, artillery maintenance, assistance with artillery, ammunition and anti-tank mines. The Danes will allocate another 349 million euros to strengthen Ukrainian air defense.
