On May 29, the court issued a certificate that the former deputy head of the President’s Office had been granted bail in the full amount determined by the HACS investigative judge, noted the HACS.
Smirny from September 10, 2019 to March 29, 2024 served as deputy head of the Presidential Office.
On May 22, 2024, NABU and SAPO informed him of suspicion of illegal enrichment in the amount of UAH 15.7 million. Yesterday, May 28, the court chose a preventive measure for him in the amount of UAH 10 million bail.
