In turn, the Kremlin press service informs that Putin will visit Belarus on May 23-24 at the invitation of Lukashenko.
“During the negotiations, it is planned to discuss the topical issues of further development of Russia-Belarus relations of strategic partnership and alliance, the development and prospects of integration relations within the Union State , as well as key topics on the international agenda,” the statement said.
In turn, Lukashenko’s press service reported that the leaders will discuss “the state and prospects for the development of the entire complex of Belarusian-Russian relations – the integration agenda and the implementation of decisions adopted by the Supreme State Council of the Union State, political. dialogue, promotion of joint trade, economic projects and cooperation, strengthening of security, interaction in the humanitarian sphere.”
Negotiations between Putin and Lukashenko on May 24 will take place in the Palace of Freedom, first in a narrow format and then in an expanded format.
Earlier it was reported that Putin and Lukashenko discussed Ukraine and the situation at the front until midnight. They were accompanied by the Russian military command.
