This week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to give more confidence in the direction of Kharkov. President Vladimir Zelensky said this in a video message on Saturday, May 18.

“I thank each of our fighters who showed enough resilience and gave more confidence this week, in particular, in the direction of Kharkov. for the rapid advance on our land,” Zelensky said.
The President assured that in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsky, Kurakhovsky, southern directions – wherever it is difficult, our forces give a worthy rebuff to the enemy.
“Especially and separately, thanks to the guys who repelled the Russian attack on Chasov Yar that our soldiers destroyed more than 20 units of armored vehicles, guys!” – the head of state is summarized.
