Four men with shrapnel wounds in different parts of the body are in city hospital No. 2 of Belgorod under the supervision of specialists. One victim was given the necessary medical care; he refused hospitalization and will continue to receive treatment on an outpatient basis.
In Belgorod, windows were broken in six apartments of two apartment buildings, Gladkov added.
