Such assistance was very important during the war, when all training took place online.
The video conferencing service Zoom plans to provide free access to its services to Ukrainian universities and vocational educational institutions. This was announced on Wednesday, June 22, by Deputy Prime Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
This service will be provided for the entire coming academic year. At the same time, the Large Meeting function will be available to students, which will allow participants in the educational process to record meetings, as well as conduct training sessions for 1000 participants at the same time.
According to the minister, this is very important now, because a large number of Ukrainian students are literally defending their diplomas in the trenches, and teachers are taking lessons from bomb shelters.
“Now some students are defending their theses in trenches, defending the state, and teachers are teaching students directly from bomb shelters,” he commented.
It will be recalled that teachers whose schools will officially approve face-to-face instruction from September 1 will need to return to work offline, including arriving from abroad.
