The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, using the Magura V5 naval drone, effectively hit a large number of enemy ships in the Black Sea. This was announced by the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, Andrey Yusov, on Thursday, May 9, in a telethon.
He noted that according to preliminary estimates, the damage to the Russian Black Sea Fleet is about $500 million.
A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region noted that drone manufacturers have certainly done a good job, creating a unique way of destroying enemy fleets and personnel.
“The secret is the combination of this skill with the skills and actions of the operators and specialists of the Main Directorate of Intelligence and Scouts, especially the special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, Group 13. It is a combination which is constantly being improved and gives more and more new results,” said Yusov.
He emphasized that Magura drones in the hands of Ukrainian operators have become the most effective means of destroying the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
Earlier on Monday, the media reported a drone attack on a Russian speedboat in Crimea in Uzkaya Bay.
And on April 21, the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the defeat of the Russian ship Kommuna in Sevastopol.
