Kvartal 95 was again involved in a scandal because of an unsuccessful scene. This time they were criticized not for jokes about the Ukrainian language, but for a skit about the military. In the spring of 2024, the Rivne City Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) came into the spotlight due to a video in which the head of the TSC, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Yarmoshevich was recorded kissing the several different women in his own office. The officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Anatoli Stefan, like many other authors on social networks, drew special attention to the shameful use of the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the actors of Kvartal: “Another bottom has been broken. “Can you imagine in Israel some comedians making fun of the IDF during the war, or the United States making fun of the Navy SEALs and others?” — asked Roman Davydenko.
Actress Irina Soponara was also condemned on social networks. In the comments on Instagram on photos of him in military uniform taken on the set of an annoying number in a comedy show, Ukrainians were outraged by the bad joke.
“For the 95th quarter, the uniform is about entertainment,” “Don’t be ashamed of the uniform,” they wrote on the Internet.
