Russian invaders today, May 8, launched a missile attack on the Lviv region.

The head of the Lviv OVA, Maxim Kozitsky, announced this in his Telegram channel.
The following cases have been recorded:
- At about 5 a.m., the invaders hit a power generation facility in the Chervonograd region with cruise missiles. Two fires broke out. The fire area was 100 square meters. m. In total, 35 firefighters and seven units of special equipment were involved, who promptly extinguished the fire. There are no casualties or injuries;
- due to a Russian missile hit, a critical energy infrastructure facility in the Stryisky district was damaged;
- at 06.27 the invaders attacked the Lviv region with “daggers”. Critical and residential infrastructure was not damaged.
According to preliminary information, 12 enemy missiles flew into the Lviv region that night. Of these, 8 soldiers of the Zapad PVK and mobile fire groups were shot down,” Kozitsky noted.
