The occupation administrations of the Kremlin and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have intensified the so-called selection among graduates of local schools for further education in Russian higher military and police educational institutions.

This was reported today, May 6, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
In particular, eleventh grade students are offered training at the Faculty of Logistics of the Russian Federal State Educational Institution “Perm Military Institute of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation,” the message states.
The Central Tax Service notes that such an active campaign indicates a shortage of personnel in the bodies and structures of the “main directorate of the federal service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation” for the DPR, LPR, and the temporarily occupied Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
According to the Ukrainian underground, in these territories today the staffing level of this “structure” is a maximum of 20%. Therefore, the occupiers are placing a big bet on graduates, from whom they will “create” benefits for themselves in the future,” the Central Tax Service notes.
It is noted that there are also cases where police officers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine encouraged children from boarding schools to enter specialized educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the future, or even without special education to serve in the occupation administrations as police officers immediately after graduating from school.
Using children and raising them to be apostates has been an unchangeable practice in Russia for centuries,” the CNS notes, and calls for reporting facts of human rights violations, criminal actions of the occupiers against children, their parents, or the location of enemy groups.
