Russian aggressors continue to storm the city of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk region. The spokesman noted that the Russians were trying to capture the city on the flanks through Bogdanovka and Ivanovskoye. “Meat” attacks on these communities are underway.
According to Voloshin, the enemy is trying to reach the Seversky Donets – Donbass line.

Earlier, President Vladimir Zelensky said Russia aims to capture Chasov Yar in the Donetsk region by May 9. If Ukrainian troops remain, Russia’s plans to launch a counteroffensive in June will be defeated.
