President Vladimir Zelensky mentioned the importance of providing timely assistance to those affected by Russia’s attacks on Odessa and Kharkov. The head of state said this in an evening video message on Monday, April 29.
“There are only reports about the situation in Odessa after the Russian missile attack and in Kharkov after the guided bomb attack, unfortunately, there are dead people in Odessa help today,” said the president.
Zelensky noted that local services and rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine responded with lightning speed.
“It is important that all services, all our people, on which the lives of Ukrainians depend, are as efficient and fast as possible. Aid efficiency, timely and sufficiently courageous defense of life is the helps all of us in Ukraine to survive ” said the head.
