On Friday, April 26, a regular meeting of the Defense Council of the Kherson region was held. During its course, important decisions were made to protect civilians – citizens were prohibited from visiting the coastal areas of rivers and places where fortifications were being built. The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Alexander Prokudin, reported this on Telegram.
Now in the Kherson region it is prohibited to visit coastal areas along the right bank of the Dnieper, Ingulets, Verevchyna and Kosheva rivers. Civilians are not allowed to be in areas where fortifications have been built or are being built, including along river banks.
In addition, civilian vehicles are not allowed to drive along the T-04-03 Maryanskoye – Berislav – /R-47/ highway in the section km 14 – km 71. The authorities promise to make a detour along the T-22-07-/T-04 – 03 highway /Vysokopolye – Bolshaya Aleksandrovka – Berislav.
Prokudin called on residents of the Kherson region to strictly observe these restrictions, because their health and lives depend on it.
Let us remind you that in February in the Sumy region, within a five-kilometer border zone, additional restrictions of a special regime were established, which will remain in effect until the end of the legal regime of martial law in the region.
