The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has chosen a preventive measure for the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Nikolai Solsky.

The minister was sent into custody for 60 days (until June 24, 2024 inclusive) with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of UAH 75 million 700 thousand, reports the RBC-Ukraine agency.
Prosecutors asked to set bail for Solsky in the amount of more than 200 million UAH.
In case of posting bail, Solsky will be assigned the following procedural duties:
- attend each request to the investigator (detective), prosecutor and court;
- do not leave Kyiv without the permission of the investigator (detective), prosecutor or court;
- inform the investigator (detective), prosecutor or court about a change in your place of residence and place of work;
- refrain from communicating with witnesses in this criminal proceeding;
- deposit your passport(s) for traveling abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine;
- wear an electronic monitoring device.
On April 23, NABU announced that the current minister had been exposed for the seizure of state land worth UAH 291 million. and on an attempt to seize land for another 190 million UAH. Subsequently, Solsky himself, commenting on the suspicion handed to him, stated that these events relate to the period 2017-2018, when he was a lawyer.
