It is noted that the skills to control drones will be taught in specialized clubs, but every student must learn this.
The Kremlin promises that each educational institution will be equipped with training drones and personnel to organize training, the report says. “Given the critical shortage of teachers in the temporarily occupied territories, the Russian military will most likely be involved in such classes.
Thus, the occupiers will prepare minors for the likely execution of combat missions, the CNS notes.
Such actions of the Russian occupation authorities contradict international norms and standards in the field of education. Involving minors in such measures violates their right to non-interference in war and to protection from military use, the CNS adds.
