“Some kind of zugzwang has formed – not them, the Ukrainians, or the Russians… Yes, there is a movement, but not the movement that we want is a stalemate .
Lukashenko started the “old song” about a supposedly convenient situation for peace negotiations.
“We can start with the agreements in Istanbul. This does not mean that as a result of the negotiations these initial agreements of the parties will be accepted or become the basis for a peace agreement No. But we can start with them and move forward. Of course , the peace agreement will not be a copy of these agreements. The peace agreement will be different, but we can start with it,” the Belarusian leader believes.

“All military personnel, heads of Western intelligence services, politicians and heads of state are already saying publicly that Putin’s victory is not allowed if you insist that it is impossible, then this is the moment for in negotiations.” Lukashenko suggested and threatened that if there were no negotiations, then “the state of Ukraine will eventually disappear and may cease to exist.”
Earlier, Alexander Lukashenko explained why Belarus is not fighting against Ukraine. According to him, there are 120 thousand military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the section of the border with Belarus.
