The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) confiscated the properties of the traitor and head of the occupation administration of the Zaporozhye region, Evgeniy Balitsky and his relatives, as state income. The court announced this on Wednesday, April 24.
“The panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the administrative claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the former representative of the people of Ukraine, who headed the labor administration in the Zaporozhye region, as well as his father and son, who cooperated with the aggressor country, and applied to them the punishment provided for paragraph 1- Part 1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions,” the message said.
It is indicated that VAKS recovered the following assets for state income: three apartments, a residential building and two plots of land in Melitopol, Zaporozhye region, four cars, five airplanes, a home-made tourist boat, cash in bank accounts, distributed among nine companies.
Earlier, the court confiscated the property of Vladimir Saldo, head of the occupation administration of the Kherson region. Criminal proceedings were opened against him on suspicion of treason.
