The main difference between this approach is the abandonment of the paper booking format in favor of an electronic one, the Ukrainian edition of Forbes reported with reference to the draft relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The preliminary decree does not provide for significant changes to the very concept of reservation – as before, only 50% of workers liable for military service can be reserved, and only those enterprises critical to the economy.
If a company wants to book more than half of its eligible employees, additional justification is required.
At the same time, it is proposed to change the employee booking process.
To do this, the head of the enterprise (or a person authorized by him) must go through the “Action” identification and provide a list of employee faces for booking in free form, as well as information about the company.
