The former president of Russia and now deputy head of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, reacted bitterly to the adoption by the US Congress of an aid package to Ukraine. In particular, he demanded that the United States plunge into a new civil war as soon as possible. He made a corresponding message on Telegram.

In the past, Medvedev threatened Ukrainians with camps in Siberia. He promised to “expose and send to Siberia for re-education in labor camps” Ukrainians who are dissatisfied with the “new government” in the occupied regions.
