On April 20, the US House of Representatives passed more than $60 billion in aid to Ukraine.

During the vote, congressmen applauded and waved Ukrainian flags, after which House Speaker Mike Johnson called on his colleagues to hide the yellow and blue flags, reminding lawmakers that foreign flags were not allowed to be displayed during the session.
The US House of Representatives overwhelmingly supported the Ukraine aid bill. 310 congressmen voted “for”, 112 legislators voted “against”. 100 Republicans were in favor, 112 Republicans were against.
Seven House members did not vote. The House last approved aid to Ukraine in 2023.
