The head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Administration, Sergei Lysak, announced this in his Telegram channel.

In addition, yesterday, April 18, the enemy shelled Nikopol with artillery in the evening, and at night – the Marganets community of the Nikopol region. Two private houses were damaged.
