This was announced on April 18 by the Ambassador of Ukraine to France Vadim Omelchenko live on TV5MONDE.
As noted at the Ukrainian embassy, 88-year-old Delon spoke out a lot in support of it from the first day of the war in Ukraine.
They recalled that Delon in 2022 took part in an interview with President Zelensky, who is himself a former actor, and also quoted the Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko during a television program.
