IAEA representatives present at the Zaporizhia NPP heard an explosion at 10.35 am local time. They were denied access to a training center located outside the perimeter of the Zaporizhia NPP site to assess the scale of the incident.
This is the third case recently, said the head of the agency, Rafael Grossi.
Today’s attack on the training center at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant site did not result in damage or casualties, he added.
Representatives from Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant told the IAEA team at the site that today’s drone had been “neutralized,” without providing other details, the report said.
The General Staff recently warned that the Russians were preparing a false flag provocation at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
