Former US President Donald Trump responded to the publication of a bill to help Ukraine in the House of Representatives.
The former President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, criticized Europe for insufficient aid to Ukraine. He believes that “the safety and strength of Ukraine” should be “more important for Europe than for the United States.” On Thursday, April 18, he wrote about it in a message for his social network Truth Social, which was duplicated in social networks X.
Trump wrote that Washington has “invested more than $100 billion in war.”
“Why doesn’t Europe allocate more money to help Ukraine? Why is the United States investing more than 100 billion dollars in the war in Ukraine, which is more than Europe, and there is an ocean between us! Why can’t Europe compare the money invested by the United States of America to help a country that desperately needs it? – said the message.
He also reiterated that if he had been president, the war would not have started and the current “total mess” was caused by “cheater Joe Biden” and “incompetent Democrats.”
We would like to remind you that Michael Johnson previously said that the vote on bills containing aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan will take place on Saturday, April 20.
Johnson had previously consulted with former President Donald Trump. After the meeting, Trump made it clear that he had no objection to approving aid to Ukraine, but only as a loan.
