The share of our own production is constantly growing, and the state enters into serious, long-term contracts with our enterprises. This gives predictability and the ability to recruit people and attract investment. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this following a daily report on the security situation in Ukraine.
Already this month, our industry is publishing 10 Bogdan books for the first time, and even more in May, he wrote in Telegram.
The head of state also spoke about the report of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Syrsky, who informed about the current situation on the battlefield and the results of the attack on Russian targets in Crimea. Intelligence reported that after Ukraine’s successes in the Black Sea, the aggressor country is moving ships, in particular carriers of Caliber cruise missiles, to the Caspian Sea.
They also discussed methods of combating Russian propaganda television signals in border regions. Zelensky admitted that this is a difficult technical task, but he already has his own developments that can cope with it.
Let us recall that at the beginning of April, the American publication The New Tork Times wrote that the Ukrainian armed industry is monthly building eight Bogdan self-propelled artillery systems capable of firing 155-mm NATO caliber shells.
