Previously, he, together with the deputy minister of defense and the director of the department of the Ministry of Defense, was accused of organizing the purchase of off-road trucks at illegally increased prices as part of the state defense order.
The amount of damage caused to the state is more than UAH 17 million.
On October 19, 2019, VAKS arrested Gladkovsky with the alternative of posting UAH 10.6 million bail. On October 21, 2019, he was granted bail.
In March 2022, the court turned the bail in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and changed the preventive measure to personal obligation. After this, the accused stopped appearing at court hearings, and according to information from NABU and SAPO, he generally went abroad. Consequently, he was put on the wanted list.
