The documentary will present a new approach to covering the war and the history of Ukrainian military personnel.
A trailer for a film about the 3rd separate assault brigade by the famous Ukrainian director Lyubomir Levitsky appeared online. The video was posted on YouTube.
The plot of the film centers on a soldier with the call sign “Journalist”, who, instead of describing historical events for the media, decides to be a part of them and join the decisive battle.
Later viewers will hear stories from the participants in the events, because the actors in the film are real warriors, and their stories will give viewers a unique opportunity to hear and see what is hidden behind the reports about the battles for the liberation of Ukraine.
“For me, this work is a film message, a film-motivation and a film-manifesto to the next recruits, as well as to the world audience, so that they understand what they are – the real heroes today among those interview, our hero shows the fighters not only as military professionals, but as ordinary people, philosophers, just men with a dream of a family and a peaceful life in their country,” said Lyubomir Levitsky.
The premiere will take place on May 2, 2024.
