There is no centralized delivery of drugs there, so people are looking for drugs through advertisements at the entrances, said the head of the military administration of the Lugansk region Artem Lysogor on the air of Suspilne noviny.
According to him, the Russians destroyed medicine and pharmaceuticals in the occupied territories at the beginning of 2022. Then the occupiers distributed medicine to the people only when the propaganda media came to film it.
“Now the aggressor does not restore anything, and the situation with the supply of drugs has become more difficult, because people, of course, have less money at this time, pensioners can no longer pay for delivery of the medicines they need,” said Lysogor.
