The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Western politicians strongly condemned Iran’s massive attack against Israel. It was found out on Sunday, April 14.

The EU’s top diplomat, Josep Borrell, expressed strong condemnation on behalf of the EU of Iran’s attack on Israel, calling it unacceptable.
“This is an unprecedented increase and a major security threat in the region,” he wrote on the X social network.
Also, the Iranian strikes on Israel were condemned by European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen and several European foreign ministries.
“I strongly condemn Iran’s blatant and unjustified attacks on Israel. And I call on Iran and its proxies to immediately stop these attacks. All actors must now refrain from further increase and work to restore stability to the region,” von der Leyen wrote on social media. X.
French Foreign Minister Stephane Sejournet also believes that Iran’s actions could create a risk of military escalation.
“By deciding to take an unprecedented action, Iran has reached a new level in its destabilizing actions and creates the risk of military escalation,” he wrote online. X and assured that France “reaffirms its commitment to Israel’s security and ensures its unity.”
Belgian Foreign Minister Aja Labib believethat this increase further removes the peace.
“This is a serious escalation and a threat to the stability of the region. This attack puts the population at risk and further distances us from peace,” wrote the Belgian minister.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock also agrees with this statement, noting that this strike threatens unrest in the Middle East region.
“Iran and pro-Iranian forces must stop this immediately. We express our solidarity with Israel,” – wrote he.
Let’s remember that on the night of April 14, Iran fired more than 300 missiles and drones at Israel, 99% of which were intercepted by air defense forces.
However, Tehran called the attack “successful” and warned Israel not to resort to retaliation.
