In the center of the Latvian capital Riga, a man destroyed the flag of Ukraine, the police began to investigate the incident. Latvian publication Delfi reported this on Tuesday, April 9.

A video was published on the TikTok social network in which a masked man was filmed tearing the Ukrainian flag from a building on Krisjana Barona Street in Riga.

The crime was committed on Friday, April 5. The police started a criminal trial to justify genocide, crimes against humanity, crimes against peace and war crimes, as well as for intentional destruction or damage on other people’s property.
