The OVA clarified that the enemy fired at several areas of the city, as a result of which three women and a civilian man were injured.
Windows, facades of residential buildings, garages, cars, educational institutions and more were damaged. Three women were diagnosed with acute stress reactions, and one man received shrapnel wounds. It is known that a 45-year-old man was injured by debris, and two other women, aged 37 and 72, were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
Other explosions also occurred around 2 p.m.
At 14.19, rescuers extinguished a fire in the center of Kharkov that broke out after Russian hits, the State Emergency Service reported.
Garages and cars burned on a total area of about 40 square meters. Residential and other buildings, garages and cars were also damaged, the report said.
President Vladimir Zelensky commented on the new shelling of Kharkov.
